High-Efficiency Combustion Technology

Addressing industry pain points of insufficient combustion and high energy consumption in large-capacity models, we optimize the burner structure and combustion ratio to achieve both high-power efficient combustion and low-power stable operation. The maximum heat load exceeds 50kW, while the minimum heat load is as low as 4.5kW. It not only provides powerful heating for simultaneous multi-point water use, but also supports low-consumption warm water operation in summer. Meanwhile, it effectively reduces exhaust emissions and meets the national first-class energy efficiency standard.

Precise Constant Temperature Technology

We have solved the problem of water temperature fluctuation in scenarios with long-distance pipeline water delivery and simultaneous multi-point water use in large apartments and villas. We developed a high-precision fast-response control system equipped with an intelligent control chip, realizing second-level sensing and adjustment of water temperature and pressure. The water temperature fluctuation is controlled within an extremely small range, ensuring a "seamless constant temperature" experience for the whole house.

Heat Exchange Efficiency Technology

Focusing on the heat exchange challenge of large-capacity gas water heaters under high-load operation, we have developed an efficient heat exchange system. We expand the heat exchange area by optimizing the fin structure, reduce thermal resistance with high-purity oxygen-free copper, and extend the flue gas heat exchange duration with a dedicated turbulence structure to fully recover waste heat. The whole unit stably reaches the national first-class energy efficiency, with outstanding energy-saving effect under large-flow high-load conditions, greatly reducing daily energy consumption.

Safety Protection Technology

We have built a comprehensive safety protection system covering all-dimensional safety scenarios including backdraft prevention, electric leakage protection, gas leakage monitoring, dry-burning protection, freeze protection, over-temperature protection and accidental flameout protection. Through multiple early warnings and automatic shut-off mechanisms, we minimize safety risks and after-sales hidden dangers for brands.

Structural Optimization Technology

Addressing the large size and limited installation issues of large-capacity models, we compress the overall size while ensuring performance through innovative internal structure design and optimized component layout. We optimize the product appearance, support differentiated appearance customization for brands, and improve product installation adaptability and terminal competitiveness.

Zhongshan Yangzi has an industry-leading exclusive R&D laboratory for gas water heaters, equipped with a full set of standardized comprehensive testing equipment, covering testing items such as combustion performance, constant temperature stability, heat exchange efficiency, safety and durability, high and low temperature aging, and large-capacity high-load simulation.

The laboratory can independently complete simulated working condition tests for new products, extreme performance verification and long-term aging tests, realizing an integrated closed loop of R&D, debugging and testing. It provides professional and reliable hardware support for the technical iteration and product innovation of large-capacity gas water heaters.
